JPCHC History
Jane Pauley Community Health Center (JPCHC) provides accessible, respectful, and integrated healthcare to all regardless of insurance status. Learn more in our Annual Report and Strategic Plan.
- 2009
JPCHC is founded with support from the Metropolitan School District of Warren Township, Community Health Network and the Community Health Network Foundation. Emmy-award winning TV journalist and health advocate Jane Pauley lends us her name.
- 2011
JPCHC is awarded Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status by the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA). This means we can take Medicaid and offer sliding-fee scale discounts to provide care no matter what.
- 2023
JPCHC opens a patient food pantry, thanks to grant funding, in each of our clinics in Marion, Madison, Hancock & Shelby Counties. We reach over 100,000 annual patient visits.
- 2024
JPCHC Foundation is launched with a mission to support and grow our health center support efforts. We open our first JPCHC Pharmacy.
