Support Healthcare Access for All

Over half a million Hoosiers are uninsured. As a Federally Qualified Health Center we are specially funded to take Medicaid and uninsured patients and ensure quality care is available for all.

With your help, the most vulnerable in our communities get aid to cover critical healthcare and prescription costs they struggle to afford.

I absolutely love the place. The people are so kind and helpful. I’m rebuilding my life and they were able to get me the help and medications I needed and very easily.

Fight Hunger for Our Local Families

Did you know 1 in 6 Central Indiana residents suffer from food insecurity? It’s even higher among children and seniors.

With your help, patients can access fresh produce and nutrition education for better health and quality of life.

… thank God for the food pantry and thanks to the staff being so very nice and welcoming it certainly means a lot to me thanks again. – Anonymous Past Patient

Help Us Address Whole-Person Health

Conditions in which people are born, grow, work, live, and age, and wider forces and systems shaping daily life have an even bigger impact on a person’s overall health than their health care received.

With your help, patients can get transportation to appointments, care kits and access to other community resources when they need it most.

They are very interpersonal with the care as in getting to know an individual and not treating us as a piece of paper… Takes time with us in understanding our troubles and very passionate about the positions they serve.  – Anonymous Past Patient
